The Participant must take into account that the prize is subject to Personal Income Tax and consequently the winner of the prize will be solely responsible for declaring it a capital gain not derived from the transfer of real estate.

In any case, the NGO will provide a certificate to the winner with the total value of the prize for this purpose.

In addition, the prize includes 10 hours of a lawyer at no cost to the winner to manage the transmission of the prize, the payment of the tax and the subsequent presentation of the income statement.
